Donauforum 30th April 2009 at the University of Regensburg
Dear Madam / Sir,
We cordially invite you to the Donauforum on 30th April 2009 at the
university of Regensburg / Germany. The Donauforum is an exchange forum
for scientists and academic intermediaries: it aims at highlighting and
enhancing the possibilities of cooperation between Bavarian and South-
eastern European universities, especially in the sphere of the natural
sciences and engineering.
The Donauforum is organized by BAYHOST - the Bavarian Academic Center
for Central, Eastern and South-eastern Europe - an institution of all
Bavarian universities, universities of applied sciences and art
academies that strives to promote and intensify cooperation in research
and teaching with universities in Eastern Europe.
At the Donauforum you will have the opportunity to present teaching-,
research- and business related projects conducted at your faculty and
to develop new contacts with potential cooperation partners. Further
topics will be the intercultural communication between Southeast
Europeans and Germans as well as the organisational structures at
Bavarian and South-east European universities that are essential for
the development of bilateral partnerships.
On 29th April 2009, one day before the Donauforum, BAYHOST and vbw -the
Bavarian business association - are conjointly hosting the 2nd BAYHOST-
vbw-University Fair at the University of Regensburg. We would also like
to cordially invite you to the university fair.
